In 2011 one of the Therapist at CHOICES asked me to lead an 8 week Self-Help Jin Shin Jyutsu class geared toward individuals dealing with Anxiety. The following Meditations are recordings of some of those sessions. After recording the meditation during those classes, I would then add music in the background and make these recordings digitally accessible for the participants. Over the years many of my clients have also found these meditations very helpful.
